2. FAQ

Q. Where are your server centers located?
A. Now we have data centers located in:
Germany(Frankfurt am Main): https://www.first-colo.net/en/
Hong-Kong(http://www.equinix.com/locations/hong-kong-colocation/hong-kong-data-centers/)
- Q. What is your Maximum Timeout duration?
  A. We support any reasonable time out (it's mean about 300ms). RTB standard have limitation by 100ms so by default we set up 100ms.
- Q. What geo do you want to buy?
  A. We are ready to buy any geo, but currently we have DCs located in Europe and Asia, so we can buy traffic from these regions. But if your SSP supported long timeout (about 300ms) we can try to test buying traffic from USA as well.
- Q. What type of traffic do you support?
  A. We support any kind of traffic: native, banner, video (vast / in-read), clickunder.
- Q. Can you show request example (we don't have own format and we provide custom request for each DSP)?

3. SSP statistics

To see the SSP statistics please visit http://stats.adsniper.info.

It contains info on impressions and clicks for all sources. You are also able to choose any periods to see statistics data you need as well as to get info on statistics data depending on a specific source. Access to the statistics platform mentioned above is available upon request.
